My expertise spans Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and career-focused learning, working closely with students, educators, and aspiring professionals. As an Assistant Professor and UGC NET educator, I bring strong academic depth combined with exam-oriented strategy.

Alongside academics, I am a Soft Skills Trainer and Image Consultant, holding an international certification, helping individuals refine communication, executive presence, personal branding, and professional confidence.
